We loved the convenient location near a S bahn station, easy to explore the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and capable. The breakfast, although at an additional cost, was well worth it.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to Laim station. This allows easy access to all parts of the city using a weekly ticket for the subway or SBahn. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, with a modern and cozy design. The bathroom is well done, with heated floor tiles and contemporary fixtures. The breakfast served at the hotel is outstanding, with a variety of options including croissants, scrambled eggs, sausages, and bacon. the hotel offers a great view of the city from certain rooms.
One downside is that the receptionist during the night shift may not provide the best customer service, as mentioned in one of the reviews.
